Made-to-Order Products All KNAIZED products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and get you taken care of.
Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
