Processing Time All KNAIZED orders are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Orders We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products All KNAIZED products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you covered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and get you taken care of.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
